Saturday, 3a.m.: the trucks with the modules of the Odoo house finally arrived to their final destination: next to the central building of our university, and we could start the last craning process of this season.
The competition and the testing (monitoring) is officially over, the closure ceremony too, but our decathletes can not relax if somehow the house 'went' to Madrid is the same way to transport it home ...
On 14th of September we were honored to have the opportunity to greet Bucsi Szabó Edit, the Ambassador of Hungary, Dale A. Martin, CEO of Siemens Hungary and his wife in our Odoo.
Today the Villa Solar is open to public, which means that the day before yesterday we (and all the other teams) officially finished the building works and the organizers took the houses over. It was an amazing moment.
We are the very end of the building works because in three days the house Odoo should be completed and look fresh and crisply new, ready to receive visitors. The shifts are exhausting, but no one can crush our spirit. The main structures were set on the previous week, and now we install the secondary...
'Cause many of you have asked what did the other teams bring, we were spying on the other competitors' parcels while risking our lives. :)
<!--:hu-->A műszakok folyamatosan váltják egymást és mi már üvegezünk!<!--:--><!--:en-->The shifts are constantly rotated and now we apply the glazed panels!<!--:--><!--:es-->Los cambios están en constante rotación y ahora aplicamos los paneles de vidrio!<!--:-->
As the days are passing by, our house is becoming more and more complete. It's only one week left for the Villa Solar public opening ceremony!
With the opening ceremony and early-evening party the Villa Solar is officially augurated. But before that we unloaded from the trucks, so we confirmed that all the elements of the Odoo-house arrived.
Today we 've amde a spectacural process in the assembly works: solar panels got installed during a long, late-night shift.
On Sutarday we made big progress in the assembly works: four modules were craned into their position, only the summer wall missing - shall arrive soon.
Our day is well documented, thanks to our photographer, enjoy our first day minute by minute!
