High mechanical stresses, wheelchair accessible and low heat transfer coefficient (“U” value) windows and doors we need in the Odoo-house which are given by Raynaers, such as: the sliding doors and the glazed, fixed parts of the south wall; the small windows of the northern side and the external door of the mechanical room.
The glazed south facade is made of CP-155 Minergie certified lift-slide doors. The bathroom and the northern facade are installed windiws from the CS 104 series. The aluminum profiles are with three layers of high-performance insulating glass panes, so the overall heat transfer coefficient of the heated space of all doors and windows is below Uw = 1.0 W/m2K.
