Another Christmas has arrived in the life of Odooproject, and we have a pretty intense year behind our back again. But we leave the nostalgy for New Years Eve, at this moment we wish you a merry Christmas!
Odooproject has received its latest recognition at the 17th edition of the Day of Hungarian Building Service Engineers and at the subsequent Ball which is foremost the main annual event of this profession.
The Students’ Scientific Conference 2012 was held on Wednesday, November 14, at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Many of us from the Odooproject team participated in the scientific competition and achieved good results, therefore we would like to kindly give you a brief report about our team members’ achievements.
Joakin Perez and Moises Hidalgo, architecture students from ITESM, Mexico contacted us related to their course in the faculty.
The members of the Odooproject received praise from the BME’s rector for the work of the last 2 years and our results in Madrid.
We assembled the house for the last time in the next 1,5 years….
Saturday, 3a.m.: the trucks with the modules of the Odoo house finally arrived to their final destination: next to the central building of our university, and we could start the last craning process of this season.

It seems that the adventurous trans-European trip of Odooproject has come to its end, the house is going to arrive to its destination: to the university.
The competition and the testing (monitoring) is officially over, the closure ceremony too, but our decathletes can not relax if somehow the house ‘went’ to Madrid is the same way to transport it home …
On the weekend the Solar Decathlon Europe 2012 competition was officially ended and on following Monday morning the assembly process started. But before we assail everyone with the past competition events, let’s show you a picture report about the closing ceremony.

He has been invited by the Portuguese team, but he had the time and patience to visit three more houses, that’s how he arrived to us in the afternoon. But while he was in the houses he took pencil in his hand and draw only one house: that was the Odoo.
Today the Villa Solar is open to public, which means that the day before yesterday we (and all the other teams) officially finished the building works and the organizers took the houses over. It was an amazing moment.
