It’s probably needless to say more about this person to our architect readers, but for the not experts we try to demonstrate the significance of him: in architecture he’s as notable as Ingmar Bergman in european cinema, as Alonso in car racing, as Valentino in fashion, conclude: a real star was walking on our ramp. Eduardo Souto de Moura, the most outstanding person of the contemporary Portuguese architecture won the Pritzker prize in 2011, the most prestigious award an architect can ever get. We like him for his simple, rational but emotional architecture, just to come up with to examples: the Paula Rego museum, or the Braga Municipal Stadium.

Here,,,,,,,,,,,,, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here. IMG 5407 De Moura in the house!

He has been invited by the Portuguese team, but he had the time and patience to visit three more houses, that’s how he arrived to us in the afternoon. But while he was visiting the houses he took pencil in his hand and draw only one house: that was the Odoo. We need to ask for a special guard for our guestbook, we are collecting more and more valuable handprints.
